David Cahill - Director
A graduate of the University of Ulster, Cornell and the Irish Management Institute, he has worked in senior and general management positions within the hospitality and property management industries, including small, large and multi-site operations across the island of Ireland. During his 25 years within the industry he has been involved in many industry firsts and accolades including "AA Business Hotel of the Year", "Great places to work", "Hotel of the Year - NI" - to name but a few. His recent projects have been focused on stat-of-the-art training portals and multi-site residential campus's.
Tetiana Schevchenko - Director
A business graduate of Kiev University, she run her own travel agency and Canadian Immigration consultancy service. Having moved to Ireland as the war commenced she has gained invaluable experience across multi-site residential properties and has garnered close working relationships with numerous statutory bodies, including
Dept. of Justice, HSE, Tusla, Gardai, Intreo and ETB. As a now Irish resident, she is actively involved in the Ukrainian/Irish community and holds many voluntary roles that assist Ukrainian residents with Irish integrations

David Cahill & Tetiana Shevchenko - Directors, in their welcoming address to Ukrainian Ambassador Larysa Gerasko, on 27th Jan. 2023, to a multi-denominational Ecumenical service. The mass was held on a day almost 12 months after the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict.
